Rob Revolta



Rob is based at our Exeter office and has extensive experience working on large and small-scale projects for both the public and private sector. This work involves the identification of planning constraints, such as the presence of protected species and issues concerning statutory and non-statutory designated sites.


He regularly works as part of the project team, contributing to masterplan design, site promotion through the Local Plan/LDF system, planning applications, EIA and SEIA, Appropriate Assessment, external consultation, negotiating planning controls and the implementation of management plans, mitigation strategies and enhancement schemes.


Notable recent projects completed include various detailed design applications for a multi phased 530+ residential development, involving the presence of dormice, bats, reptiles and great crested newts, a successful application for a 600+ residential development, involving the presence of a European statutory designated site, and various successful applications for smaller sites that required specific habitat and protected species mitigation strategies and management plans.
